What is included in the monthly long-term rate?

Your monthly rate includes water, sewer, garbage and dedicated 30-amp electric pedestal hookups. Residents also enjoy full access to our on-site restrooms, clean private showers, outdoor fire pits, picnic areas, and yard games like horseshoes and cornhole.

Monthly rent for permit residents is 635.00 at our Long Beach location and 610.00 monthly at our Ocean Park location. We charge first last and deposit to move in each at either of the parks 1905.00 or 1830.00. We also share a 50 dollar back ground check fee for every adult over the age of 18. This is non refundable. 

What are the application steps for extended stays?

To apply for a monthly spot, prospective residents must complete and pass a standard background check. Once approved, payment for first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit is required prior to move-in.

What RV condition and setup requirements must be met?

All recreational vehicles must be fully self-contained, clean, in good working condition, and completely leak-free before being accepted into the park.

What is your pet policy for long-term residents?

We welcome up to two non-aggressive pets per site with an applicable pet fee. Our park manager must meet your pets prior to approval. We also have a dedicated pet area located at the back of the park for your convenience.

What laundry and facility amenities are available?

We offer an on-site coin or pay laundry room, private ADA accessible restrooms, and convenient facilities managed by our on-site park host to keep our grounds pristine.

What is the community and neighborhood atmosphere like?

Our park offers a small, peaceful beachside community atmosphere where neighbors are friendly, helpful, and respectful of personal privacy, all within easy walking distance of the beach.
